In January of 2021 we lost one of the most beloved artists in our community: Leo James Kirk; James Kirk. He leaves behind his daughters Linda and Nancy and his wife of some 47 years, Alice. And he leaves us behind as well, the artists of the mid-Willamette Valley who have come to know him as watercolorist, teacher, mentor and friend. He was 95 years of age and come this July 17th he would have been 96.
