** This episode is brought to you by: Me! I offer product management services for early stage companies, if you’d like to know more, feel free to reach out to me here: bit.ly/44uG7Wr **
I spoke with Neil about his journey as an entrepreneur who, with his father, has built (and currently exiting) an independent testing lab for supplements called Labdoor. How he started doing small angel investments in pre-seed biotech startups, and why he is currently working on structuring a larger fund around backing amazing scientist led biotech startups in the pre-seed stage, called Utopic Ventures. Beyond doing all that Neil is also a prolific writer, working on a book called 'World's Biggest Problems', in which he details large scale global problems and potential solutions for them, and how he hopes in his lifetime to tackle most of them as an early stage investor.
I had a blast.
