Graduate student at Capella University. Pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work. Erika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. After graduation, started working as a case manager in the field of Human Services in New York City with the mission to end the cycle of homelessness. Work has been centered on helping individuals with mental health and/or substance use.
