As the Senior Vice President of Talent at Reformation, a sustainable and ethical fashion brand, Chela is responsible for developing and creating the strategic long-term hiring plan and initiatives to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the organization.
Chela holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from Sonoma State University. She also studied employment law at Empire College School of Law.
