Facebook released its new algorithm recently.  This has resulted in a big shift as to how businesses can market, and serve their clients on Facebook.  Anne has studied the algorithm and tested what works and what doesn’t.  She shares her expertise and insights on how to best use Facebook now to reach your market.

Today I chat to Justine Parson of YourVA.  Justine has had her business for 20 years this year, so has a bundle of experience in what it takes to be successful, however in late 2016 she felt she had lost her passion for her business, and this was effecting everything else in her life.  This forced her into having a good hard look at her business to see what could be done.  The results was a big shake up and big pivot into her service offerings and pricing model.  This took lots of guts and resulted exiting a lot of her clients.  One year on I talk to her about this shift and the result from it.  This is a fastinating chat with a business lady who had the guts to believe in herself and make the change for her business, family, clients and staff.

Today I have the  enormous pleasure to talk to Anthony Kirby of Business Growth Co.   Business Growth Co help SME Business Owners with Clarity, Strategy and Growth.  I really enjoyed this chat with Anthony as he is so authentic and open with his thoughts.  We talk about how he has grown his business, and the value proposition he offers.  We dive into his thoughts about hustle and the perception of having to work every waking hour.  We talk about the fundamentals of really understanding your client so that you can best serve them.  I challenge him on the perception of work life balance as he builds his brand.  From this we talk about building a personal brand and them leveraging this onto the business brand.   As is Anthony's nature he gives us so much value in this chat, I just know you are going to enjoy it.
