Joanne is a member of the executive leadership team at Randstad Australia with a remit that spans commercial operations and executive sponsorship for emerging business opportunities, including a strong focus on technology led competitive advantage through big data, predictive analytics, innovation and digital transformation.

Kaye has over 20 years of international experience in the car rental market sector with various roles in the Avis Budget Group including a stint as president of Zipcar before arriving in her role in Australia.
