Welcome back. Topic begins @12:10 right after the daily dose for today's EP! In this episode Jakala Breon talks some of the causes of depression and some possible things anyone can do shift their energy. If you have ever suffered from depression, then you know one of the main things it effects is your physical being too. By taking a toll on us physically it can mess with us mentally leaving us with the lack to do anything of our interest and self-care. We need to all come to a new routine change and release what we are used to doing for it isn't helping us shift back into the present moment.
