Josh Pauls, captain of the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team and a three-time Paralympic gold medalist, drops by the podcast to talk about the team's most recent gold medal at the World Para Ice Hockey Championship. Pauls also discusses his path to becoming one of the elite sled hockey players in the world, his leadership style and the drive for the U.S. to continue its unprecedented gold-medal streak a the Paralympics.
