This month the apprentices have taken over the podcast! We hear from Rebecca, Muhammad, Isobel, Kieran, Luke who tell us about their experiences and bust some common myths.

This month Stacey is joined by James to bring you the house development side of Yorkshire Housing.

We go on site at the launch of a flagship new development in Grassington and meet with the project manager Diane and a local resident Annie.

Mervyn Jones, Yorkshire Housings Chief Executive is also on hand to tell us why developments like this are so important and what the future holds for Yorkshire Housing.

We also speak with Justine Gore who heads the Development department at Yorkshire Housing. With a vast of experience she gives us an insight into what is currently happening and what the future plans are.

It’s a very exciting time and we are proud to have been able to secure £25m in funding to be able to provide much needed affordable homes across Yorkshire over the coming years.

Also this month we introduce you to our NEW online lettings portal, a great way to be able to see some of the properties we currently have for rent.
