a wide and varied mix of backgrounds – most often from minority groups. These are stories that you may never have pondered, from people whose journeys and challenges you may never have experienced. The Talking Inclusion team believe that by sharing these stories we can foster more empathy and understanding, and by enabling greater understanding we can overcome the inherent bias that limits our ability to include and connect with people whose life and experiences have been different to our own.
