Jeff Chang and Tyler Ellsworth are both active LE snipers with decades of experience (both LE and Military). Jeff and Tyler are owners of Standing Offhand which provides law enforcement personnel with thoughtfully designed and purpose-built courses based on a combined total of over 50 years in the profession.  Jeff's and Tyler's specialty is long range precision rifles but their wingspan includes carbine and handgun instruction along with custom built courses in a multitude of tactics and techniques.  Standing Offhand's courses are unique in that they speak from the perspective of a police officer's, swat officer's, Marine's, soldier's, sniper's, knuckle-dragger's, intellect, as professional firearms instructors.
