Like many of you, I grew up supporting the greatest game in the world (Rugby League) and supporting the best State of Origin team, Queensland. I remember watching him play at club level and representing Queensland in the State of Origin.Martin Bella was not only an elite rugby league player but was also a physiotherapist, is a Councillor with Mackay Regional Council and is a cattle and cane farmer. The topic of leadership has received considerable research attention.  Businesses in both the private and public sectors spend millions identifying and developing leaders to address business and policy challenges.
