Now I don’t know about you, but I am stressed out, more so than I usually am at the beginning of the year. So far this year, my district is going virtual with pretty much everyone. I can’t tell you how many times I have just felt exhausted, run-down, and stressed out. I feel like I am a first-year teacher all over again. I am trying to adapt to everything that is being thrown at me, and when I do adapt, something new is put on my plate.
Honestly, this isn’t sustainable, for me or for you. So in today’s podcast, I am going to give you some ideas that you can use to help you unwind, and destress. I of course will make it easy and yes, it can take as little as 10 minutes if that’s all you have.
