Hockey Hall of Fame journalist Kevin Allen joins Jimmy Hascup to discuss the teams that had the best offseason and the upcoming World Cup of Hockey.

Kevin and Jimmy are also joined by Rick Carpiniello, who covers the Rangers for the Journal News and Bergen County Record.
