A non-native invasive species to midwestern lakes, the Rusty Crayfisn wrecks havoc with native plant and fish species.  Doug Schultz of the Minnesota DNR talks about the affects that these animal have on the ecosystem in lakes they inhabit and how they can be harvested as food.
