  • 2: ā€œDo you want to be happy or do you want to be right?ā€ + Talking Shifts with Deidre Rodriguez aka Red Pt 2

In episode 2 of Talking Shifts with Mak Jagger, host ā Makā  explores how our dedication (addiction?) to being proven right is causing our subconscious to limit the opportunities for expansion available to us.

In Part 2 of Mak's interview with ā Deidre Rodriguezā  lead singer and song writer of ā Red & the Rebelsā  (the band responsible for the TS theme song ā Pisces Moonā ) and the mystic behind ā HexeTarotsā  is a tale of survival, and learning how to thrive on the other side of incredible physical and mental trauma. (TW: Discussions of medical trauma and death.)

In this episode, Mak mentions ā this videoā  regarding Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the Blackfoot people.

Mak is selling her ā 8/8 Portal Manifestation & Energetic Calibration Party ā for $8.88 AND it includes a FREE gift with purchase, an invitation to join a LIVE guided future vision meditation for Virgo SZN on 8/21 at 7:15 CST. This is the opening ceremony of Mak's signature timeline jumping program, ā The Disco Ballā , taking place in September.

  • 1: The Ethics of Tarot with therapist Sydney Kudeviz + Talking Shifts with Deidre Rodriguez aka Red
In the inaugural episode of Talking Shifts, host Mak Jagger breaks down why timeline jumping is NOT spiritual bypassing, and how everything is random and fated at the same time.
This weekā€™s featured guest is Deidre Rodriguez, the vocalist and songwriter, and front woman of the ATX based band Red & the Rebels (singer of Pisces Moon, our theme song!). Deidre is also the mystic behind HexeTarots, and is my tarot daughter.
In part 1 of a two-part episode, Mak talks with Deidre about growing queer in a high-control religion, abandoning an athletic background for a life in the arts, and surviving a near death experience last year in which she required a triple organ transplant.
Mak also chats with therapist, intuitive reader, and coach Sydney Kudvicz regarding ethics in navigating the differences between therapy and tarot reading, as well as whether or not tarot can be ā€œnon-mysticalā€ with. (Spoiler alert: Mak does not believe this is possible.)
