Why is the human experience important? In todays episode we talk with Service Design Innovator Stephen Graham, who is an international trail blazer in this space of Service Design. Stephen will be talking about his past projects and the success that was shared through designing for the human user. Since returning to Australia, Stephen has launched his own startup design agency and works closely with both the Victorian and New South Wales government, to support the service design space!
The take away message from the chat, is that its all about the human experience! We can improve the actual experience, in order to move away from the assumed experience!
