This year may have been the most extraordinary off-season in NBA history, with All-Stars changing loyalties for rings, dollars and/or both, the most hyped up draft prospect since LeBron James, being joined by a plethora of young, upcoming players in New Orleans and with all that's happened, the league might be the most balanced since the mid-1990s.
