My initial plan was to interview several folks from different backgrounds, races, geographical locations, age, etc and to ask:  What do you wish you had done 10 years ago and what are your plans for the next 10.  In part one of this series, I talk to my former boss, Baby Boomer, Kim Baker, former Healthcare Executive, partner, mother and grandmother.  Kim and I talk about what we gave up for our careers and the importance of family and relationships.
