In this episode I meet the soldier again from the last episode who was stuck between here and there, and ask if there is anything I or we can do to help him move onwards. I meet an animal – a pet as well, who died, or rather was killed. I meet a doctor who committed suicide in 1967, and lastly Neil Peart - best known as a really interesting human being (he tells me to write that and not this….) but I want to say as one of the best rock drummers ever from the band Rush. It’s all bullshit to him – he wants me to say!

In this episode I explain "Protection Rituals" and I explain why I think it is important to do one before contacting spirits. I discuss all the questions I will ask in general. Lastly I conduct my first communicaton session, and make contact with a spirit who has never lived, a soldier who was killed in battle very recently, and a girl called Nancy who was killed in a car accident at least 50 years  ago.

Here is the opening, the questions, and the closing.

1.     Face east. The first Archangel you will invoke is Raphael, who is the Archangel of healing. “Archangel Raphael, I invoke thee for protection

2.     Face south. The second Archangel you will invoke is Michael, who is the warrior  Archangel. “Archangel Michael, I invoke thee for protection.” 

3.     Face west. The third Archangel you will invoke is Gabriel, who is the messenger and the gatekeeper between this world and the next. “Archangel Gabriel, I invoke thee for protection.”

4.     Face north. The fourth Archangel you will invoke is Auriel who is the Archangel in charge of all earthly things. “Archangel Auriel, I invoke thee for protection.” 

I call upon AIR, FIRE, Earth, and Water, Upon the powers of above and beyond to bless and protect me and what is mine in this holy space I create. 

Preparation I use 

1. Protection: Imagine a white light surrounding your body and ask your guides to protect you during the session.
2. Intention: Set a clear intention to receive messages from your spirit guides.
3. Focus: Focus your attention on your third eye (the space between your eyebrows) and imagine it opening up like a door or a window.
4. Inviting your guides: Call out to your guides mentally or out loud and invite them to communicate with you. You can use a specific name or a general term like "my spirit guides."
5. Listening: Be receptive to any messages, images, or sensations that come to you. Don't try to analyze or judge them, just allow them to flow.
6. Responding: If you receive a message or a feeling, respond to it mentally or out loud. Thank your guides for communicating with you and ask for more clarification if needed.
7. Closing: When you feel ready to end the session, thank your guides again and imagine the white light surrounding your body dissipating.

In this podcast I invite you to join me on a journey to other dimensions to give people who have moved on from this earthly dimension to speak to us. Each week I will interview a different person albeit a dead celebrity or ordinary person like myself.
 I have been psychic all my life, however only in the last few years have I had the courage to do something about it. Since I was a baby, I have seen people walking around my cot at night, and all my life I have seen and heard people who have been trying to communicate with me. Al all time I was never frightened, but for the sake of my life, relationships and jobs I kept this side of my life largely to myself. Things have changed in my life now I am in my early sixties, and I have decided to use the podcast format to interview in real time anyone who chooses to use me as a channel. I have no idea what is going to happen, but I know this is what I am born to do.
 I am not a professional Psychic, and obviously I never felt I needed training. I don’t want to make tons of money out of peope  -  I just want to correct a wrong that has held me back all these years. That wrong was trying to deny my gifts, and not use them to help humanity. Over 40 years ago a psychic medium told me at the British Spiritualist Association that I had a man standing over my shoulder who was protecting me since I was a child. The lady said I had such skills that I needed to use them to one day help humanity. I really hop the Podcast format will be that vehicle.
