I explain how imposter syndrome can often be linked to self-sabotage by giving some personal experiences like that of purposely doing things I know I would regret later. I also touch on how hustle culture can be toxic and why individuals can feel behind in life as a result from it. This episode gets rather deep with my experiences and feelings.
