I know that there are people out there that go through stress on a daily basis.  Today, I talk about how to deal with that stress and how to find the peace that you are looking for.

While typically I try to avoid talking about politics, I wanted to address this election and give my opinion on why I think this country is falling apart and what we could do to bring everyone together again.
