R.I.P. Jocelyn Herrera 9/18/1994 - 4/26/2023

You left us too soon and the pain is unbearable. One day we will see each other again.

This is a quick, short episode where I try to honor my grandfather who left us the night of April 7th, 2022. A loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle. A man who didn't have to command respect because he earned it through his actions. He provided for his family and in the end reaped the fruits of his labor through the years. I will forever try to emulate the love he had for my grandmother and his caring attitude for all others. Even when sick, he would make sure we had everything we needed, if not, there was some money he had to get what was missing. It is truly an honor to carry his name and he has cultivated a wonderful legacy: a family of extremely hard-working, family-oriented, compassionate people.
