  • America's Racism ~ 3. Resection
This is part three of my four-part introspection into America's Racism.  Why do I call this portion resection? Well in the military resection convergence is about finding your exact location on a map by determining the grid azimuth to at two or more well-defined locations that can be pinpointed on the map. Enjoy :)

  • The Morning Routine

Self-care means taking care of yourself so that you can be healthy, you can be well, you can do your job, you can help and care for others, and you can do all the things you need to and want to accomplish in a day.

When you do live within the truths that God has given you, you will lose your true identity and will live a life of lies. More importantly, you will be unhappy. You will make yourself unhappy :(. You deserve better! Do BETTER!

Talking the truths into existent will bring you self-love, self-appreciation, inner peace, outward mobility. Don't be afraid to be afraid. That is a natural response to the material world. It takes time but with discipline and commitment you will achieve the peace that God intended for you. If no one (including you) has not told you in a while that you are special, loved, beautiful, wonderful, amazing, ectara, ectara, ectara then let me say you are special, loved, beautiful, wonderful, amazing, ectara, ectara, ectara :)

  • America's Racism ~ 2. Intersection
Why is Racism such a difficult bridge for America to cross?  We have gone to war, soiled our lands, and withered our democracy because of racism.
Intersection is part two (2) of a four (4) part series on my detailed examination of a complex and controversial topic.  What is an opprobrium (uh-PROH-bree-um)? It is a noun and is something that brings disgrace; public disgrace or ill fame that follows from conduct considered grossly wrong or vicious.

  • Dr. Mary J & PTSD
1% of the American population will serve in the Armed Forces. Of those personnel, many of them are now trying to manage their PTSD. Every 22 seconds a service member commits suicide! Count 22 Mississippi's equates to a service member committing suicide due to depression, anxiety, Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Post-traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD), or another condition. I have found a better way of managing my PTSD...

  • America's Political Ideologies: Are they broken and divisive?
America the Beautiful is still in its infancy! The political affiliations and ideologies of America are broken and too divisive. "If I don't like this person, I'll vote against that person"! Being the beacon of the world means our light MUST shine brighter than any other beacon. What is the difference between Compassion & Empathy?  Q. Democrats and Republicans devouts: How do we want the world to see us? Are we actually a United States?
