AJ Harbinger was on the fast track, pursuing his Ph.D. in Cancer Biology at the University of Michigan and working in the high pressure environment of a research lab. He would learn that performing well at your job isn’t always enough as he was passed over for opportunities and even having some of his proudest contributions overlooked. Something was missing.

His desire to figure it out was the inspiration for starting the Art of Charm Podcast over a decade ago. It was an opportunity to talk to world class experts and high achievers and learn how they found success in all areas of their lives. It was the scientist in him - have a problem, study it, and break down what’s going on.

Johnny Dzubak's first love was rock ‘n roll. Being an international rockstar was always in the cards.

But when the music stopped though, something became abundantly clear to him. The life of a rockstar can sometimes be lonely and would leave him wanting more in his personal life. Connection and deeper relationships.

Salisha Thomas is a California native and a former Miss California. She graduated from CSU Fullerton with a BA in Theater, is a former vocalist for Disneyland, has performed regionally throughout California, and toured with Beautiful The Carole King Musical, and later joined the cast on Broadway. She’s the host of Black Hair in the Big Leagues podcast. Before Broadway shut down, Salisha was in rehearsals for the Britney Spears Musical: Once Upon a One More Time. She currently resides in New York City.

Jodi Krangle has been a voice actor since 2007 and has worked with clients from major brands all over the world including Dell, BBVA & Kraft. She’s also a singer and has put out her own album of jazz, blues, and traditional tunes (jodikranglemusic.com).
