Navigating the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize a beloved pet is a difficult choice many people will face when struggling with balancing a pet's quality of life with their own emotional well-being. The Beagle Alliance is a Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) registered charity whose mission is to rescue animals from testing facilities as well as abused, abandoned and neglected.
