First and foremost apoljize   for the  no show last week didn't realize that i schulded  the show for 10:30 AM  not 10:30 pm but this week I'll do a show just all for the NBA All Star  Weekend.  From the Celeberty Game to the Rising Stars Game to  all the fun stuff that takes place on Saturday to the game Sunday.  Also I'll give out some mid season awards  in the NBA as  well who to watch out for in the second  half.

Well took a week off from talking the challenges  but this week I plan on coming back strong talking about all the conterversy , drama  and key moments from last weeks and this weeks episodes of The Challenge Battle of the Exes .  I will try to get a guest on for the show but no  promises. instead of doing a   baseball offseason  update as planned I'll just go ahead and recap the Kings Black Thursday game vs Oklahoma City. I  want to  start doing two shows a week so I'll just recap the Kings game why not.

going to be taking a break from talking about the challenge to discuss Super Bowl XLVI between the NFC Champion New Yortk Giants and the AFC  Champion New England Patriots.  This game will be going down Sunday February 4th in Indianappolis. Well the Challenge Battle of the Exes debuts on Wednesday January 25 with all the excitement coming off the debut I will be joined by the wonderful  Jasmine  aka  Rasheda originally from Real World Cancun.  I will for sure ask her how her relationship is with her partner Tyrie along with her thoughts on the other cast members so you dont want to miss it. The Challenge will be entering  22nd season of airing  on Wednesday Janurary 25 ,and this Season will be just as interesting as Rivals.  Over the years we've seen  many hookups and breakups  on the Real World and the challenges.  Well this time around their putting the couples back together  making the  challenge Battle of the Exes.  I will be joined by my second guest from the MTV challenges  he goes by the name of Tyrie Brown.
