Darren and Amelia Flynt are a daddy/daughter, coach/thrower team that has helped Amelia hit big marks in shot and discus over her throwing career. Darren was a former college national champion and his beliefs through his throwing experience and research for velocity based training has developed Amelia to be one of the best high school throwers in the country with goals to break state and national records.
