Member of Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association, holds her Strength and Conditioning Coaches Certification.  She is also certified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through National Strength and Conditioning Association. She holds her USAW level 1 as well as her FMS level 1 certification.
