Well, in this segment we share a little about the journey we embarked on in the last two month and the result of this process.

In reflection of the month of Love and in keeping with the theme thereof; we will be discussing self-love. February 2021 came with a new breeze; we saw what we normally refer to as the month of love being dubbed the month of self-love.

In recent time we have seen the term self-love gain much popularity not only as a concept but as way of life. 

Is this self-love thing a new thing? What is self-love? What does it mean to you?
