• Simplicity & Slowing: Dive into the wisdom of Ecclesiastes 4:6 [cite_start]: "Better one handful with tranquillity than two handfuls with toil and chasing after the wind." This theme encourages prioritization and aligning with our core values, especially in seasons of busyness. It's about intentionally saying "no" to create space for physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
