In this episode with Talks with Tequila, I had the opportunity to have an honest, vulnerable, and transparent conversation with my friend/Google colleague Ashley Gardner about "Uncomfortable conversation with children".  Ashley is the brand and influencer behind @growingwiththegardners, which is a platform created to empower working mothers to enjoy a balanced life.  It was a pleasure to get hear her story on growing up in a single parent home, how she's managing parenthood as a married working mom, and how she's able to navigate those uncomfortable conversations with her children.
