Motivation isn't all what it seems. Yes it's great to have when it's there, but why focus all our efforts on something that comes and goes.

There is another factor that will set you up better in the long run. Discipline. In this episode I explain my reasons for thinking this way and let you know why you should focus on the Big D, instead of thinking about Mo.
