Hey Kings and Queens today I am just belabouring the point of view that life is a journey and that there is no reason to force yourself to rush. You aren’t going to get it all in one go. This is not because I know it all or that I’m perfect but this is a lesson that I am currently learning . I sincerely hope I have helped to alleviate stress that this mindset would have developed and that we are all glowing and growing together. One book recommendation I have is Healing the Emotional Self , as it states it will help you to quiet that inner critic and simply become more self aware ! Have a great week ☀️
