Adapt or Fade Away! In these times a Host has three choices - keep to your routine but maybe add a news section, take a break or maybe do more regular shows.

Why not add a News Section? In these times of global uncertainty perhaps you could consider adding a short 'News Section' to the early part of each episode. Maybe give updates for your local area, re-state your area's local advice and possibly invite 'isolated' listeners to join you on these future live meetings.

For Hosts who make a Video meeting we strongly suggest for the next few weeks of very high internet demand drop the video quality you set your Web Cam to. ie if using 1080p please drop back down to 720p To do this in the Studio look for the Cog symbol to the right of the main window to bring up 'Settings' Use the dropdown Menu to alter the video quality. Thanks!
