Cina and I first connected through grad school at John F. Kennedy University where we both studied Sport Psychology. Cina responded to my IG question on "who wants to talk about resistance?" We challenge the common response to feeling resistance in our daily life, which is to avoid. In this episode, listen to how we can reframe resistance to favor our human potential.
Myself and Mike talk briefly about his life story of being brought to the US after being born in Bulgaria during a culturally tough time. We also discussed current and past US cultural events regarding technology and it's influence on macro economics. I enjoyed this objective and engaging conversation with Mike, and I look forward to you sharing your thoughts on this episode.

These are my good friends Rob and Josh. I met both of them through intramural flag football, and our friendships have blossomed into our lives outside of sport and school. On this episode, we talked about life in the military, the impact our father figures had on our development, emotional expression as males in society, and how we can use our behavior as a mirror for change.
Gratitude to you, the listeners.
