Dating a woman with a child or children can be very exciting, fulfilling, and challenging at the same time. Traditional dating allows two people to get to know one another, build a special bond and decide if starting a family is right for them. These are still some of the same steps that couples take when children are already involved, but with some added creativity and sensitivity. Though you may not be sure if you’re ready to be a parent, know that respecting a woman’s children is imperative for making a relationship work. At the end of the day, you want to be a supportive influence in her life.

If you have no desire to move forward in a stable relationship and are only looking for a good time, be upfront, don’t expect a lot of her time, and stay out of the children’s lives. A revolving door of relationships is so unhealthy for the children.

One on One W/Yai - We discussed how the dating game has evolved from college to today. College life is known as one of the most memorable years of one's life. It is entirely different from school life. College life exposes us to new experiences and things that we were not familiar with earlier.

Women need to feel loved, and men need to feel respected. We discussed Why respect yourself, you know when to say “no” to what is no longer emotionally, mentally, or financially healthy for you.  Gaining self-respect is about learning your worth, knowing your value, and advocating for yourself, as needed. I truly believe Love is the highest level of comfort and serenity and possibly the greatest joy.

Yes, love is vital, especially for the wife, but what we have missed is the husband’s need for respect. No husband feels fond feelings of affection and love in his heart when he believes his wife has contempt for who he is as a human being. Wives are made to love, want to love, and expect love. Husbands are made to be respected, want respect, and expect respect. As I wrestled with the problem, I finally saw a connection, without love from him, she reacts without respect; without respect from her, he reacts without love.
