Mataró ja té la tercera biblioteca pública. La Fundació Iluro ha cedit a l’Ajuntament les instal·lacions de la seva Biblioteca Popular i ara l’equipament passarà a ser municipal. Des d’avui es reobre la sala de lectura, les sales d’estudi i la consulta dels fons bibliotecaris, tot i que s’espera que la inauguració oficial es faci al juny. L’alcalde mataroní, David Bote, assegura que l’adhesió és una gran noticia.

El Quartet Moana inundarà de música l’escenari de l’Amistat aquest vespre. Un quartet de corda que fa servir peces de Haydn, Tchaikovsky i Puccini per recorre la natura, fent sonar violins, una viola i un violoncel. Justament, la violoncel·lista Clara Manjon explica que el repertori uneix diferents estils i èpoques perquè el públic aprengui diferents expressions artístiques.
