Tamaraw or the 𝘉𝘶𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴is classified as Critically Endangered on the Red List of Threatened Species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. This dwarf buffalo is endemic or known to exist only in Mindoro, Philippines. You can easily distinguish it by its short, backward-pointing, V-shaped horns which it shakes to signal aggression.
