The one and only Anita Baker was the original matchmaker in Grant and Tamia's love story.  It was during a reception for Isiah Thomas where Ms. Baker would start inquiring as to why Grant was single. She would soon do the same to Tamia at the Lady of Soul Awards. From there the two would have another chance meet-up via a phone call and soon the two were dating. From  red-eye flights from Detroit to LA, to battling injury and illness, Grant and Tamia's story is a true testament to love.
