Ways to manage your anger -

  • Take note of what triggers your anger.
  • Observe the physical symptoms you tend to display when angry.
  • Take a deep breath.

  • Make “I” statements that help you take ownership of your emotions and communicate them effectively.
  • Challenge your stinking thinking.
  • Focus on the behavior, not the person.
  • Take a break.
  • Seek help from a mental health therapist for tools, tips, and a non-judgemental environment.
