Tango and Cash ..the final film of the 80s cheese. 

Two cops wrongly imprisoned, must break out and clear their names.  With the help of Tango's stripper drummer sister and Q (not from Bond) they have to outwit the dimwit villain, Yves Perret and his two partners.

Honestly… really not a problem. Easily done.
