Tango is a tribute to Tango Shepherd, the pet cat of Needlejuice Records cofounder Kendra Shepherd. It's also a parody of Neil Cicierega's "Vanilla", a tribute to the late, great Logan Whitehurst...'s plastic-snowman ghost writer.
