Tania is an expert when it comes to the film business. She worked as a film executive for over 13 years, spearheading all the feature film buying for MGM Studios across the EMEA region. She has also been an executive producer for various independent films, and has garnered numerous accolades.

In 2020, mid-pandemic, Tania founded Hot Sauce, a boutique consulting firm specialising in production, executive production and creative direction for major film and television projects. Through Hot Sauce, Tania democratises the film business for creatives by leveraging her extensive knowledge as a film executive to empower and provide creatives with access to insider know-how.
