Tania grew up in an all white suburb became an actress, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant and a pop culture enthusiast. Tania's big sister Gina (who she calls her "own personal Maya Angelou") joins her for a conversation that covers their experiences growing up as the only black girls in an all white suburb, being Haitian, micro-aggressions, bias in education, the common thread in kids at risk and their childhood dog Mitsy who was sent away "to live on a farm with a nice family". Gina will be part of a recurring segment called Sister Says.
