Today I dip into a book I've been reading: Tantra Illuminated: The Philosophy, History, and Practice of a Timeless Tradition by Christopher D. Wallis. Wendy and I do a commentary on a chapter as way to lay out some of the fundamental premises of this key philosophical underpinning to ISHTA Yoga.
