Aligned vs unaligned. The containers/ garments/ embodiment of the soul. Sinful thought. The most painful to come back from. Close to home, soul. Honoring how I feed my mind. Moments of alignment.

The righteous with residual brokenness. Wasn’t always perfect. Men of ascent. Someone choosing Gd. The water flowing up and down.

Showing up with all of our heart. Both sides. In love of Gd. In hatred of evil. Residual lack of alignment.

Mine goes something like this:

After some breaths, with a soft and slow head/out loud voice

He’s creating me

And He’s recreating me

And again now

Each moment

He is choosing me

He is choosing us

Him through me

My existence is Him

I get to live in His image

House a soul

Give life to the world

To my body

He is creating everything I see

And everything I don’t see

Nothing is accidental

All is exactly as He destined it to be

He creates

And continues to create

He sustains that which He created

Giving it life

Giving it existence

At this moment

And this moment

And this moment

Still choosing me

My reality

And every reality beyond my sight

Sustaining all that is

Animal soul is located in the left side of the heart - spreads to body. Getting stuck in overthinking. Stemming from the heart. Rising to the brain. Gdly soul is located in the mind - spreads to body. Contemplating Gd. Lowers to the heart. Gdly soul also is home in the right side of the heart.

Man X Torah X Speech and the refinement process. Secular subjects. Most can be elevated. Most can be for Gd.

Things that are ‘bound’ cannot be elevated, no matter the intention. Things that are not bound, are elevated with the right intention, can be elevated even without intention, when using the energy or money for Gd, but a trace remains.

Nighttime Shema. The game changer. Killing off the enemy. Drawing out the trapped spark.

Fulfilling your body’s needs without intention. Bound vs. non bound objects and experiences. The power of intention. Elevating that which wasn’t elevated. Repentance of love.

Intention. To elevate the mundane is blessing and intention.
