I remember moving to Dallas in 1992 and at that time there was no activity downtown. The joke was that at 5 o'clock, you could throw a bowling ball down Main Street and not hit anything. But obviously that has turned around and one of the people responsible for looking at these old buildings is TANYA RAGAN , President of Wildcat Management and owner of the Historic Purse Building in Dallas.
