In this episode, I explore the journey of elevating your energy and frequency by becoming fully anchored in your body and mind. I dive into the process of surrender and examine how often we unknowingly add distractions to our lives to avoid confronting our true potential. This subconscious self-sabotage, often fueled by fear of becoming our most successful and self-actualized selves, can keep us stuck in patterns of over-complication and resistance.
I also get into the deeper emotional work necessary to clear the mental and emotional clutter that blocks our path to growth. By releasing these old wounds and creating space within ourselves, we open up to receive what is meant for us.
Join me for this guide to unlocking your potential, tapping into your power, and embracing the flow that leads to your highest self.

In this episode, I’m sharing a transmission on feminine energy, also known as Yin energy, and exploring what it means to truly embody this power source. I dive into the defense mechanisms that keep us stuck in masculine energy, such as perfectionism and over-independence, and how to shift into a more balanced flow state. You'll learn how to recognize someone in their feminine energy, explore the impact of trauma on our feminine expression, and some of my favorite practices to move from control to trust and surrender.
Join me to discover why awakening feminine energy is crucial in your life and relationships, and how small steps, like the 1% rule, can lead to powerful healing and expansion.

Many of us struggle with identifying our vision and uncovering what we genuinely want, often operating on autopilot in our lives. Today I’m exploring how to break free from that cycle to become more intentional.
In this episode, I dive deep into the essential yet often overlooked practice of prioritizing yourself—your needs, desires, and big-picture vision. I explore the difference between foundational needs, rooted in your core (root chakra), and the desires of your heart and creative spirit (sacral and heart chakras) and how by understanding these layers, we can learn to create a holistic vision for our lives and identify the individual desires that make up that bigger picture.
Join me for this foundational work to put yourself first—because everything else in your life follows when you thrive.

In this special episode, I invite my Ba to share his remarkable journey from his experience as a Jesuit priest to leaving the religion to become a Taoist teacher. Born in 1931, Ba’s early life was shaped by his mother's devout Catholicism and his admiration for Jesuit priests, leading him to leave China to join the Jesuits in the Philippines. He shares how after moving to the U.S. to study anthropology, he became disillusioned with the Western-centric approach of the Catholic Church, prompting him to leave the priesthood. We explore his post-priesthood journey, which took him through various jobs, including running a laundromat where he engaged in deep spiritual conversations, and his profound discovery of Taoism during the New Age movement of the 1980s.
Ba shares how his interest in Taoism allowed him to find continuity with his previous spiritual life and how the core principles of Yin and Yang, divine energy, and interconnectedness have become central to his practice. You don’t want to miss his unique perspective on spiritual evolution and his practical advice for integrating Taoism into daily life, join us for this one.

In this episode, I navigate the delicate balance between holding on and letting go, exploring the profound moments that shape our lives. Reflecting on end-of-life planning with my dad, I discuss the importance of releasing worry and control, focusing instead on love and acceptance. I dive into the dynamics of relationships, highlighting the challenges of practicing unconditional love and the liberating power of trust and surrender.
Join me for this transmission on the power of emotional alchemy, service from a place of overflow rather than emptiness, and embracing trust and surrender to navigate life’s inevitable transitions.

In this episode, Keri shares her journey with visibility and power, exploring how our childhood experiences shape the way we show up in the world. She dives into growing up with the fear of being seen, driven by her experiences of being bullied, and how this fear led her to become hypervigilant, shrinking herself to avoid attention.
We explore the "sisterhood wound" and how it played out in her life—from her youth, through college, and into her corporate career. She opens up about the impact of her looks on her self-perception, her people-pleasing behaviors, and avoiding pedestalization as a coach.
Join us for this insightful conversation on the first ingredient of healing—courage—and the inner child work pivotal to personal growth, and how to recognize your own unhelpful patterns around people-pleasing, anger, and expression so you can break free from them.

We often create stories in our minds - whether it's future tripping, imagining what others think about us, or catastrophizing everyday experiences. These illusions can lead to unnecessary suffering, especially when they take a negative form.
In this episode, I explore the profound difference between living in reality and getting trapped in illusions. I explore the addictive nature of these illusions and the challenge of shifting from a fantasy world to reality, a true awakening process that requires conscious effort and self-awareness. I give you helpful strategies for embracing the truth of your experiences, practicing awareness of your thoughts, and letting go of negative habits that perpetuate your suffering.
Are you tired of participating in your own suffering by creating stories in your head that aren't true? Are you ready to replace these harmful patterns with something more supportive? Join me to learn more about the benefits of living in reality, the power of surrender, faith, and trust, and how to use your imagination positively rather than getting caught up in worrying fantasies.

Our healing isn’t a race or destination. It’s important to remember that going deep does not mean going hard and fast.
In this episode, I explore the power of the subtle and nuanced work of healing. I share how meeting yourself where you are and listening to your body’s wisdom can transform your healing journey as well as the importance of slowing down, the pitfalls of performance mode, and how stopping to be present can lead to profound healing.
Join me for a nourishing episode on why the slow, mindful work is actually the fastest path to transformation and how integrating small, 1-degree shifts into your life can help you embrace subtlety and mindfulness in your healing journey.
