This week the Tape-Daddies have something special in-store!  A user submitted suggestion to the Tapes! Tapes! Tapes! email, we watched 1988's The Beast of War, direct by Kevin Reynolds.  This little-known and little-reviewed diamond in the rough is a war movie depicting some of the events of the Afghan-Russian war, and shows both sides in an interesting light.  Does it deserve to be among the eschelon of war classics such as Apocalypse Now and Saving Private Ryan?  Find out this week, on Tapes!
